What you’ll love and hate
Charming atmosphere with exquisite breakfasts and a friendly, helpful staff that makes you feel welcome. The pool area is delightful with plenty of lounging spots.
Some rooms may experience noise at night due to nearby events which can disrupt sleep.

A few walls need repainting!!! The bathroom door didn’t close properly, which can be quite bothersome. The pool area could use some aesthetic improvement with a painted outer wall. Charging over $110 feels a bit steep for basic amenities.

The location is fantastic, just steps from key attractions and plenty of dining options. The pool area is inviting, perfect for relaxation, and the breakfast truly stands out with menu choices that elevate the experience. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities like unlimited coffee and drinking water. However, some noise from the surrounding area could be an issue, and parking can get crowded. The room's layout wasn't the most intuitive, which may deter some travelers.

great room but lacking some amenities
The room had two big beds and a separate patio, which was perfect for relaxing near the pool. The breakfast truly stood out, being the best during our three-week journey. Staff members were genuinely helpful, providing great recommendations that made our stay enjoyable.
The absence of some basic amenities like extra towels was a bit disappointing.

The location is ideal, just a short walk to the central square. The atmosphere feels so warm and inviting, perfect for mingling with other guests. My room, a Standard Quadruple Room, was spacious and clean, featuring a great coffee machine and air conditioning that worked perfectly. Staff provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. Housekeeping kept everything tidy, and the complimentary breakfast offered a variety of delicious options each morning. I truly enjoyed the pool area, though I noticed some noise from the pool bar. the young man there played video games loudly while guests lounged, which disrupted the relaxing vibe. Additionally, I encountered a bit of inconvenience with the bathroom door in my room not closing properly. A handrail at the pool steps would be a smart addition for safety, especially considering the heat when coming back inside. Despite these little issues, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a community feel in Merida.

Some minor maintenance issues were evident. The walls could use some fresh paint.
